Research interests

I am interested in Compilers, Programming Languages and Memory Systems. Right now I am working on optimizations to improve cache performance. I designed a locality analysis on base of a runtime profiling tool, and used this data for instruction scheduling in my diploma thesis. In the JOSES project I want to solve Java specific cache problems. Further I am working on cache optimizations specific for embedded systems. In connection with this I am involved with computer and memory system architectures.
