Release April 1997: 2.3

This is a bugfix release:

• Some options are named correctly now (as in documentation)
• fSDL type checking did not work anymore in certain cases (thanks to hdb@ace.nl).
• Optimix should now run on Linux (thanks to <barnabas@barnabas.port.net>
